If you don't live in a "no cold calling zone" and want to stop unwanted callers you could print your own door sign. You should be able to find plenty online to download a good example is here.
However, most inkjet and laser prints are not weatherproof and the print will run so you will have to protect your print somehow. One option is to cover it with sellotape, or put it in a clear plastic folder and stick that on your door. These don't particularly look very professional and you may not want a poorly printed sign covered in sellotape stuck on your front door.
A much better approach would be to buy a professionally printed sticker ready to stick on your door or window and one which is fully weatherproof. A good example can be found here no cold callers sticker.
